The current pandemic caused by coronavirus (covid-19) has changed the world we are used. We understand that this change has great impact on people’s lives. For someone living with Muscular Dystrophy, this change can be daunting, challenging and often difficult to manage especially if needing support involving contact. It is important that you follow the general advise on keeping safe by staying at home, social distancing, regularly washing your hands, using hand sanitiser, and wearing face masks.
The Muscular Dystrophy Campaign Nigeria (TMDCN) works remotely and have embraced the new normal way of doing things. We will continue to provide information and support (as much as reasonably possible). Our partner The Human Race Specialist Medical Diagnostic Center is also available to provide their services following necessary guidelines so that people who need our support can still get it.
For more information of our services, please download our flyer and poster which you can also share on your social media to reach out to people.
